We are looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to herd the cats and bring our key marketing initiatives to fruition. You will have previous project management experience and ideally have worked within a marketing team or for an agency. Your role will be integral to ensuring success on large-scale cross-functional marketing projects and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders.
The Marketing Project Manager will be comfortable working across teams and departments, able to synthesize project requirements and assist with briefing in the team. You will lead many different types of initiatives from multi-channel marketing campaigns in partnership with the Campaign Manager, to managing external vendors and contractors as well as key projects for the growth team.
You will be working alongside designers, product marketers, ad strategists and other marketing team members on a daily basis. Some of your responsibilities will include reviewing marketing briefs for completeness prior to project kick-off, leading meetings and daily standups with the team, building project plans and updating project status reports and other documentation. Ultimately, you will ensure all large-scale marketing projects are delivered on time, to budget and scope.
Later is proudly founded and based in Vancouver. People amp; Places (HR), Product, and Development roles are based out of our Vancouver headquarters. If you are not located in Vancouver, but interested in relocating for the role let us know!
Whereas, roles on our Marketing and Customer Experience teams are open to remote candidates based out of Toronto and London, UK, in addition to working out of our Vancouver headquarters.
