As a Campaign Specialist you will help support the team on execution of various programs across the digital funnel to support pipeline and new logo growth. Ensuring programs are managed and executed in a timely and targeted manner is a key part of this role. This position will provide support to the campaign amp; performance marketing team in the areas of set-up and deployment of webinar operations, program tracking set-up and collaborating with campaign amp; performance teams to ensure appropriate hand-off of various team initiatives e.g review sites management to managing creative agency briefings and more.How You Impact our Vision
  • Tools: Drive adoption and utilization of Martech tools like Pathfactory, Wistia amp; DemandBase. Integrate Martech tools into Campaign planning efforts across email, paid social and web initiatives
  • Content: builds out necessary landing pages and resources sections of our website to fuel program plans.
  • Webinar Operations: Ensure live and on-demand webinars are set-up and promoted
  • Email Operations: Assist in set-up of new email campaigns
  • Channel Promotion set-up: Work with Performance Marketing, Email Marketing, Web SME’s to update and manage promotions in a timely manner.
  • Tracking amp; Set-up: Be the liaison between Campaign Initiatives amp; Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, reporting and set-up
  • Support tactical execution and ensure deliverables are met within service level agreements.
  • Cross functional project management to ensure campaign and program success.
  • Prioritize working on numerous campaigns and projects in tandem to support the broader team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Actively look for ways to streamline workflows and automate processes
About You
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of related marketing experience
  • Some proficiency with martech tools or demonstrated ability to self learn
  • Experience working with content management systems (WordPress or other)
  • Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro for webinar editing or demonstrated ability to self learn
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness in completing processes
  • Comfort working independently and in an agile environment with swiftly changing priorities
