The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Manager, Business Transformation Center of Excellence to join our Strategy amp; Business Transformation team.
Reporting to the VP, Business Transformation (To be announced) the Manager, Business Transformation Center of Excellence (BTCoE) is responsible for managing the process methods, practices and governance that are required to plan, manage and execute the corporate strategic portfolio with excellence. The Manager, Business Transformation Center of Excellence will lead and be accountable for the project demand intake process and assignment.

What your day looks like:
- Ensures strategic management is a valued competency, and the Strategy amp; Business Transformation team embraces the processes to ensure the strategic portfolio is consistently and successfully executed
- Work effectively amp; proactively with key stakeholders will supports the prioritization process, building and maintaining the 3-year strategic roadmap
- Owns the measurement to track and monitor strategic effectiveness and owns the processes to ensure consistent results in the delivery of the enterprise strategic portfolio reporting and dashboards
- Develops and maintains enterprise portfolio dashboards, ensures transparent, regular and consistent reporting occurs, and provides analysis and updates on project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) on a standard cadence including resource planning, project success and change management
- Collaborate regularly with Director, Project Enablement, Change Management Centre of Excellence, and Business Enablement Directors to support rapid assessments of projects and initiatives for prioritization
- Work with Business Transformation Team, IT amp; IT Delivery Teams reviews project and specific work plans, assessing and reporting on enterprise resourcing both financial and human and provide input on priorities
- Responsible for enterprise demand management that encompasses the measurement of demands against the available capacity specifically assessing the ability of our organization, vendors, and our processes to execute on prioritized activities, current and future forecasting
Requirements
Your experience and skills:
- Post-secondary degree or Technical school graduate preferred
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course, PMP and/or CBAP designations are an asset
- Minimum of 5 years progressive Project Management experience in a complex environment
- 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports is preferred with experience in the execution of their team’s responsibilities and providing a work environment that fosters open and honest
