The opportunity: Integration is the fundamental enabler of digital business. The Enterprise Integration Architect will be responsible for how we bridge our integration patterns, workflows, principles, and technologies of today into our new agile, cloud native business models of tomorrow. ATB’s 10 year strategic vision is driving the organization in new and innovative directions that are divergent from the classical banking and wealth roles of the past. The ability for ATB and third parties to integrate with each other to create new business capabilities will be paramount to this vision.

Being a key contributor in defining our new enterprise integration practice, you will drive our ability to change and adapt our approaches, technologies, and processes to achieve our near and long term goals. You will create the strategies and roadmaps that will enable the distribution and movement of data across diverse systems and an ever growing information world market. You will oversee the integration patterns, data models, and technology that allow ATB and our partners to construct performant solutions using an agile delivery methodology.

What is needed: Operating at an enterprise level, you will use your strong leadership, collaborative, and interpersonal skills to work with both business and technical stakeholders to achieve our future integration and workflow needs. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be used to align your vision with technical and non-technical audiences. Your strong understanding of the integration space, workflow automation, associated best practices, and knowledge of emerging technology/trends will help define ATB’s integration practice and shape its future business.
