Dependable Anodizing is one of Canada’s largest and most trusted anodizing companies. We specialize in providing anodized coatings on aluminum extrusions, sheets, formed panels, fabricated parts and aluminum castings.

We are looking to fill several General Labourer positions on both our Day and Afternoon shift.
This position starts at a base rate of $16.50 an hour with a $0.40 shift premium for afternoon shifts and $0.80 premium for night shifts.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
· First line quality inspection of mill material
· Using the work order and by following the instructions of the Supervisor/Lead Hand, ensures the correct parts and quantities are loaded onto the appropriate rack set up
· Using best practices, securely fastens product to the anodizing rack
· Accurately posts production info into an ERP (EPICS)
· As required, provides training to new and/or junior employees with a focus on performing work in a safe, efficient and quality minded manner
· Must be able to work competently on all production lines
· Assist other departments as required
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
· You have 1 or more years of experience working in an industrial environment
· You have a high school diploma or more
· You can communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
· You have a command of basic math skills and an ability to count material
· Ability to understand written and oral work instructions
· You are familiar with using computers and using programs like Microsoft Office
· You are comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs repetitively during your shift
