Who We’re Looking For:

Munvo is rapidly growing and currently seeking a recruiter with experience in the information technology field to lead our Recruitment Team. This individual will have the chance to demonstrate their leadership skills by managing Munvo’s recruitment strategy and initiatives to improve the recruitment business process.

What You’ll do as a Recruiter Team Lead

  • Lead the Munvo recruitment team and recruitment activities: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level
  • Champion our recruitment business process
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs while providing regular updates on hiring pipelines, and candidates to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Create an external employer brand presence by owning Munvo’s relationship with various Canadian Universities, Computer Science/Engineering faculties, and associated student clubs
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop recruitment marketing materials to support upcoming events
  • Coordinate our attendance and participation at career fairs, and other recruitment and networking events. Organize quarterly office recruitment events, and tours, once COVID restrictions are lifted
  • You will have the chance to work with established recruitment tools such as Workable, LinkedIn and the Microsoft collaboration tools.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in recruiting in the information technology field
  • University level education degree
  • Capacity to travel and attend Munvo’s Toronto and Calgary offices for interviews and career fairs (post pandemic)
  • Bilingual
  • Managerial experience will be an asset
  • Self-motivated and a lifelong learner
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, and Social Media branding (an asset)
