Job Description
1VALET is looking for a Sales amp; Marketing Assistant to join our team for the Summer 2021 term (May-August, dates flexible). We will provide you with the opportunity to combine your ongoing academic pursuits with valuable hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong interest in sales and marketing. At 1VALET, you’ll be joining a fast-growing hard-working group that’s changing the future of apartment and condo living!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lead generation/business development activities
- Research market trends and competitors
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Research and generate lists of potential customers
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
- Support the marketing and sales teams in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Can work both independently and as a part of a team
- Creativity and willingness to bring in new perspectives and ideas to the business
- You’re a self-starter and show initiative
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems is considered an asset
