Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Platforms in Toronto, to handle a host of award-winning projects at the intersection of creativity and technology. Working with one of our largest technology clients, you’ll produce all kinds of awesome, spanning apps and micro-sites to digital platforms and tons of interactive experiences.You specialize in setting up, stewarding and sustaining brand apps, dot-com websites, and e-commerce platforms.
- You’ll be one of the first Monks to join our fast-growing Toronto operation.
- You'll shape and drive cross-functional projects by leading internal teams and client conversations; you’re the pace- and peacemaker, principally responsible for well-managed expectations and timely delivery.
- You’ll be responsible for scoping and quoting projects as well as timing and planning production work establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience with the Adobe tech stack would be a huge bonus!
- For this project leadership role, we’re looking for a proficient digital program lead with several years of high-level experience in creative production, digital agency or consulting experience preferred.
- You don’t think in projects but rather in partnerships at scale, developing client relationships and work-streams miles(tones) ahead.
- Handling the production of multiple projects across clients and teams is no easy task and requires solid planning and communication skills.
- While your inbox is your natural habitat, you excel at interfacing with human beings in real-time: you know how to motivate people to get things done, wherever they are in the world.
- Experience with SAFe preferred, Agile program management is must
- Experience using object oriented design and development methodologies.
- Led diverse teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments in a globally distributed model, with resources representing multiple disciplines (such as marketing services, technology, creative, production)
- You are a self-starter, a project leader, ready to jump head first into projects, pulling the team together to create pure digital awesomeness.
- An understanding of 2D amp; 3D animation pipelines, game engines including Unity amp; Unreal) would be a ‘nice to have’.
