We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Toolmaker. This role is based out of our London plant, and reports to the Tooling Manager.

The Toolmaker role is responsible the below:

Primary role of the tool room is to support the manufacturing process by developing and maintaining all moulds for production.

Responsibilities:

• Performs preventative maintenance and repair activities to tooling and molds by following design standards and procedures
• Responsible for repair and creating new tooling as required
• Grind, clamp, drill, and use the lathe and milling machines for working with molds and tooling
• Machine pieces for molds or other parts
• Dissemble, resemble clean, test, adjust, and maintain molds
• Engrave molds to meet company standards
• Finish parts after heat treatment through rust sprain and lubrication
• Interpret, follow, and fill out required drawings and other documentation
• Comply with the health and safety legislation, and company policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education amp; Certificates:

• Completion of high school diploma
• Certified Tool and Die Maker or Machinist

Technical Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
