But between managing accounts, book keeping, sales, serving their clients, and everything in between . they also need to know how to market to meet more new clients.

You will learn more in 3 months than you did all of last year, this is a job for people that love to learn and grow.
We celebrate each week with Crafternoons on Fridays where we share our personal wins and the wins of our customers.
Role
You role would be to help people in trial feel confident running ads on StreetText.
It would include communicating with in-trial users and supporting them with any question they may have via chat, email, phone and zoom. In conversations you would find out what they are looking to achieve in their business and what their goals are.
It would also include inviting in-trial users to our daily onboarding training workshops.
Successful Trials will understand the value of the product and the joy of the community, and will feel capable of moving forward with the platform.
Requirements
- A desire to see people succeed
- Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics
- Love connecting with people.
- Leadership ability, helpful attitude and a good team player
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation.
- Ability to create and maintain a structured environment including managing reporting, forecasting and call coaching
- 1+ years experience in sales
- Post-secondary education in Business, Management or a related field is a plus
