Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible to plan, implement and optimize advertising campaigns as well as supervise the Ad. Ops. team.

You will need to increase the company's reach by generating qualified leads from the Purplebricks website and analyzing the performance of our digital, paid or organic channels.

A key member of an expert and experienced marketing team, the successful candidate will participate in the development, deployment and analysis of the results of our digital strategies with a continuous look at tracking and operational tools in place.

Your days will consist of the following:

Strategic Involvement

  • Keep up-to-date on measurement tools, media platforms, programmatic, social media and industry trends and its digital developments
  • Identify potential communication channel opportunities to best meet our business objectives and offer the best digital marketing integration paths based on technology solutions, customer needs and industry best practices
  • Collaborate on annual media planning with Digital Marketing Director
  • Monitor budgets and objectives and make recommendations to internal teams to tailor initiatives to achieve internal client objectives
  • Proactively participate in the strategic review of the digital media plan and our marketing activities in recognition, consideration, decision or satisfaction supporting the objectives and business strategies of the different clients in B2C and B2B.
  • Ensure multi-channel analysis in collaboration with the external agency for traditional or premium channels
  • Be a power of proposal on audience optimization, attribution models, tracking, configuration of campaigns in each tool
  • Assist in planning and expanding the scope of projects (KPIs and expected results), resource requirements and timing of new initiatives based on internal and external analyses;
  • Provide strategic and technical follow-up with Webdev and QA teams for the correct implementation of tracking
  • Participate in the implementation of the Data project, including the integration of a marketing automation approach with individualized tracking

Performance and optimization data analysis

  • Measure and track the results of all digital marketing campaigns and ensure regular monitoring of investments related to achievement of goals
  • Ensure efficient tracking of all online campaigns, adapting the means of analysis and lead generation accordingly
  • Analyze user behaviors on our different channels, interpret them and continuously offer optimizations on placements, audiences, platforms, tracking or creative online.
  • Collaborate with the digital conversion specialist to link digital data (paid and organic media, CRM offensive and promotional media) with web traffic and conversions;
  • Produce accurate performance reports on the status of conversions and establish strategic conclusions related to marketing and business objectives;
  • Challenging and maximizing the reconfiguration of our existing measurement tools (Google Analytics,.);
  • Participate in testing and research strategies
  • Share learning with internal stakeholders.

Coordination

  • Acting as a contact person to the various internal or external partners: creative agencies, Webdev team or corporate performance as well as media agencies regarding digital advertising performance issues;
  • Contribute to quality control before advertising campaigns are put online, in collaboration with Ad Ops Coordinators and Digital Marketing Director
  • Provide training for coordinators on different platforms
  • Ensure the necessary follow-up to ensure the smooth functioning of web projects that will influence digital acquisition and conversion in close collaboration with the digital conversion specialist
  • Continuous communication with design, production, internal marketing and strategy teams;
  • Be able to popularize important technical concepts to colleagues and clients;
  • Link with technology solution providers that support the analysis of our practices.
  • Ensure the successful completion of client meetings in the supervision of Ad Ops coordinators, including preparation of performance reports, interpretation of results, discussions on issues and implementation of recommendations

Requirements

  • Relevant training and university degree in e-commerce, marketing, information technology
