The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Manager, Education (Digital Wealth) to join our team.
Reporting to the Director, Acquisition amp; Engagement Strategy, the Manager, Education (Digital Wealth) has a mandate to empower our clients and partners through education. You will do this by supporting and executing on the education strategy, measuring its’ effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement activities.
You’ll be the advocate for client and partner education across our organization and will be expected to be nimble with your tactics, while having a scaled impact on our results by using education as an enabler for growth. Your goal will be to support the growth of our business and increase our share of wallet with existing clients by identifying and developing compelling educational journeys and programs that have meaningful impact.

What your day looks like:
Development of Education Strategy in partnership with the Director, Acquisition amp; engagement:
- Contributes to the development of an education strategy for the Qtrade and VirtualWealth brands
- Lead key stakeholder meetings with Sales, Product, and Marketing to capture educational requirements across our organization
- Identification of opportunities for intervention / education along the client lifecycle
- Determine customers’ and partners’ knowledge requirements based on personas and behaviours and other factors
- Work closely with Marketing to align education execution with our content deployment
- Collaborate with Marketing to identify and source relevant educational content (i.e. build, buy, or rent)
- Ensure educational roadmap serves both current and future needs of our customers and partners
- Identify technological requirements or gaps in current infrastructure, and provide recommendations for near, and long-term investments
- Investigate and identify opportunities for internal development, or partnership with vendors to drive educational uptake, engagement, or better digital conversions through education
Execution and Delivery of Education Strategy
- Work closely with our Delivery, Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute our education strategy across all channels (D2C, B2B, Service Centre, Platforms, Public Site, Inside Sales)
- Develop requirements and break down strategy into actionable streams of work
- Act as the subject matter expert for education across the Digital Wealth pillar
- Host and participate in forums in sharing the vision for education
- Be the ‘talent’ where appropriate and lead education discussions with clients and partners
- Align the execution and delivery of education to our brand essence, promise, experience, and pillars
Delivery Against Acquisition amp; Engagement Measures
- Identify most relevant education KPIs that can be mapped back to activity-based client measures (i.e. mapping content/education to funding amp; trades)
- Use data, insights, and the voice of the client as the drivers of changes in programs and education tactics
