The Opportunity:
We're looking for a VP, Business Operations to join our Service, Operations and Compliance team.
Reporting to the SVP, Service, Operations and Compliance the VP, Business Operations is responsible for instituting service, operations and compliance strategy that entails ensuring organization-wide consistent standards with a focus on ensuring a pro-active, customer-focused, and customer-experience organization. The VP, Business Operations will develop and strengthen the business relationships through enhancing our activities across SOC. This will include supporting project and business enablement activities and will provide leadership in understanding trends and best practices for end to end support. The role will be responsible for all aspects of client statements and reporting to ensure we meet the industry standards, but we are client focused in our approach.
You will further provide leadership and support in areas of enhancements and ensuring the appropriate measurements and reporting are in place for leadership.

What your day looks like:
- Partners with the SOC leadership team to understand the business drivers, challenges, and plans and conceives innovative customer offerings and incentives to drive growth, including using better reporting and measurements on productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Identifies opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness by assembling teams to generate ideas and analyze opportunities through to implementation; including the research of technology, best practices and regulations to update and improve systems/processes
- Develops, communicates and manages a detailed succession plan for all key roles
- Analyze and resolve highly difficult problems, integrate information from multiple sources, utilize creative thinking and exercise considerable judgment and resourcefulness
- Set positive leadership tone through gaining respect of staff, peers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations
- Works with the executive leadership team on strategic matters and interacts with lines of business and corporate divisions to develop a deep understanding of critical issues and manage high priority strategic initiatives
- Champions new business models and seeks to solve strategic issues through fact-based analysis and comprehensive strategic planning activity
- Monitors industry trends, competitor actions, economic developments and regulatory environment to identify and plan for expected impact on business objectives
