We're looking for entrepreneurial innovators and builders who are excited about our mission of powering the world with a seamless workplace experience. As an Account Executive, you will own the sales process from prospecting to close with the ultimate goal of acquiring new clients. You will also play a critical role in supporting the growth and evolution of our sales department, team, and best-practices.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience with SaaS sales (can also be experience as a BDR/SDR as well)
- A coach and a player you are excited to be a part of a start-up and help build a world-class sales organization
- A skilled communicator you are able to speak directly to clients with confidence and are always thinking of the most effective ways to communicate value through the right channels
- Technically proficient and are able to lead software demos without a sales engineer
- Disciplined about the sales process and driven to be the best in what you do you set/hit goals every day
- Question the status quo, take ownership of your work, and proactively identify and address issues
What you'll do
- Manage the full sales cycle from land to expand, ensuring that our customers can achieve their business goals
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Optix platform
- Customize and deliver virtual product demos with a keen eye on your customer’s unique needs
- Nurture a pipeline of potential clients
- Foster new relationships with future clients, leveraging a range of channels and content strategies to establish yourself as their technology partner
- Use Hubspot to send out emails, make phone calls, track conversations, set tasks, and schedule appointments
- Support our top-of-funnel (marketing) strategy by contributing insight from your unique customer-facing perspective
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to create the best customer experience
- Maintain and improve upon our client acquisition processes and practices
