As ATB’s next Director, Business Development you will be in a highly proactive sales role that is responsible for actively seeking out and finding net new relationships within their designated markets. This position is responsible for creating a strong network of contacts from which a variety of new business can be obtained directly, or through a series of referrals.
The scope of the Director Business Development is to seek out and create new relationships within their designated region. To ensure the relationship is well established the Director Business Development (DBD) will be the initial contact then hand the new relationship off to a designated Relationship Manager. The main objective of the DBD is to secure new relationships.
