As a Project Coordinator, you would be responsible for working closely with the Project Manager to support the execution of programs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and act as liaison with functional teams
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including updating schedules and budget, tracking and managing RAID logs
- Assist in creating, updating and distributing project status updates
- Maintain and coordinate communication with internal groups with respect to project change orders, status updates
- Identify and track project risks with respect to scope, schedule, budget and processes.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Facilitate daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings and capture meeting documentation
- Manage diverse teams and projects simultaneously.
- Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively; onboard new resources to the project team
- Track project milestones and schedule to ensure internal and external Customer expectations with respect to delivery and budget are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management/coordination
- Solid understanding of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes
- Working towards or achieved PMP designation or equivalent
- Proven experience in creating project-related documents and support project execution
- Highly competent in handling multiple project timelines
- Budget management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
