As ATB’s next FX Analyst you get the opportunity to join the dynamic Financial Markets Group (FMG), a full service provider of Foreign Exchange, Commodities and Interest Rate sales and solutions team. As a part of ATB Capital Markets Group, Financial Markets services a broad spectrum of clients with one goal - to create valuable and relevant solutions, strategies and products for ATB’s clients. As the FX analyst you mainly support the growth and development of ATBFX, ATB’s online FX platform. Working with sales, trading, product development and internal partners to help drive the best experience possible for ATB clients.
Requirements
FX Analyst Accountabilities:
- Support the ATBFX platform for the sales team through the sales lifecycle and provide client follow up - tracking progress and follow up across sales group
- Consistently complete post-onboarding sales touchpoints and client demonstrations.
- Track, manage and report FX sales data for both ATB FX and FX sales and trading
- Work with ATB FX product team on present and future technology initiatives and contribute to Sales and Marketing implementation plans
- Support the FMG team and ATB teammates on ongoing FX marketing and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with the ATB Financial Markets team
- Help develop and create market and client facing process and sales materials
- Utilize data from multiple sources to assist in building sales pipelines
- Manage pipeline of clients who are ready for additional products
- Coordinate and lead client pricing reviews
- Interact directly with and take initiative on client issues and support
- Respond to requests for information both externally and internally
- Build presentations for both internal purposes and client sales calls
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of FX/Financial Markets
- 3-5 years of relevant experience and a post secondary degree
- Experience with trading and sales systems
- Strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office/Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills- ability to build and present concepts and ideas both internally and externally
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn and work remotely within a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proven experience in a sales driven environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple sales initiatives
