Role

As a Sr. Systems Integration Consultant, your primary goal will be to connect Nulogy’s software systems to customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management (WMS), and accounting systems such as SAP, JDA, and Microsoft Dynamics. Your work will consist of taking the lead on some of our most complex projects as well as providing oversight and mentorship for other team members on standard projects. Your work will largely consist of project work as a part of a cross functional team, working on multiple end-to-end external projects ranging from a few weeks to a few months in duration, where you will design, build, and test the connections and integration transactions that flow between Nulogy’s systems to our customers’ systems. In addition to the project work, you will contribute to the management of integration processes and initiatives, as well as provide technical thought leadership to the team. Your work saves Nulogy’s customers countless hours each year by automating the flow of data between systems and is essential to Nulogy’s strategy of reducing waste in the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all standard Systems Integration responsibilities for strategic key accounts, high risk projects, and new services offerings such as MuleSoft API integrations
  • Own the ultimate success of all assigned integrations projects, including:
    • Act as an escalation point for any project related activities
    • Ensure resourcing is managed for the project
    • Maintain weekly check-ins with the project team
  • Understand customer business processes, software system processes, and their relationships
  • Lead scoping engagements to design integration models that will deliver optimal performance from a technical and operational standpoint
  • Contribute to integration development and test case creation efforts for new integrations and integration changes
  • Project manage our integrations implementations projects for new and existing customers
  • Manage customer expectations effectively with a focus on project success
  • Identify and mitigate risks effectively
  • Identify and action internal amp; customer-facing continuous improvement opportunities
  • Pair with new hires and guide them through a successful on-boarding
  • Provide technical thought leadership to the team to help determine the most efficient and effective ways of connecting Nulogy with other external systems

Requirements

  • You have approximately 3+ years of technical systems integration experience
  • You have proficiency with API integrations
  • You have proficiency with Axway B2Bi and MuleSoft
  • You have project management skills
  • You have experience in a customer facing role
  • You work well in small teams and are a good team player
  • You enjoy fast paced environments with competing deadlines
