THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Product Manager of Growth amp; Analytics, you’ll lead our efforts on two key fronts:

  1. Driving growth through both user acquisition and product engagement
  2. Ensuring that product data is accessible to all

On the growth front, you’re responsible for defining our growth strategy and roadmap. You’ll nurture hypotheses from ideation and prioritization to evaluation and iteration. Our products make a meaningful difference in peoples’ lives. You’ll be on the front lines, working with the team to scale us from over 100,000 monthly active users to many, many millions.

As the PM of Growth amp; Analytics, you won't just be using data to uncover opportunities and evaluate results. You’ll take our data strategy to the next level, building systems to help the CareGuide team understand our audience and make more effective decisions.

Requirements

HOW TO WOO US

  • You are an effective written and verbal communicator. You are comfortable communicating with people across various functions.
  • You are adept with either Product Experimentation or Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Ideally, you are comfortable with both.
  • You understand the power and pitfalls of data-driven decision making. You are able to analyze data using SQL. Bonus points for Python or R.
  • You have a good understanding of agile software development.
