Job Description

When joining ECAD Labs Inc. you are joining a dedicated team intently focused on making it easier to build on blockchain. We develop tooling for the Tezos ecosystem. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the Tezos blockchain by empowering and inspiring developers.

We are looking for a Systems Reliability Engineer with experience working on complex and novel domain problems.

The majority of our projects are developed and published as open source under permissive licenses. We build tooling for the Tezos blockchain, and in doing so, our efforts have a meaningful positive impact beyond what we can build ourselves. Our open-source projects are actively used by significant institutions, and are under evaluation by various governments.

As a Systems Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of dedicated engineers, and to collaborate with the users of our tools, from individual hobbyists to teams in large regulated institutions. You will be closely involved in standardization processes where we will write or contribute to standardization efforts by building prototypes and final tooling implementations that support such protocols.

Opportunities to travel and attend conferences, workshops and developer summits arise regularly for those who are interested.

You will be part of a small team whose core values include offering a safe environment to be yourself, share your ideas and offer your perspective.
