The Enterprise Knowledge Program is focused on building a robust, easily searched source of up-to-date construction knowledge and continuous learning material. The goal for this position will be Digital Construction content management including documents and videos for continuous learning. The position is designed to be a Dual Role (50% Content Lead / 50% Project Assignment). Working with the Enterprise Knowledge team the Content Lead will be focused on ensuring the materials used for training and onboarding are meeting the company's needs.

Requirements

We are looking for an Enterprise Knowledge Content Lead - Digital Construction who will:

1. Manage new content requests, prioritize and track new content development based on company needs for Digital Construction continuous learning

2. Manage existing content updates and improvement requests, prioritize and track progress based on company needs for Digital Construction continuous learning

3. Coordinate with Discipline Leads and Subject Matter Experts, for the creation, quality and approval of content for publishing to cmKnowledge for Digital Construction continuous learning

4. Knowledge Content Process Improvements: including cmKnowledge playlists, finalizing wiki data, tagging content optimally for searching, editing others' videos and video production from time-to-time.

5. Lead: take ownership of the Knowledge Content goals and priorities, chair meetings with stakeholders to determine team goals, assign priorities and track and report progress.

Desired Skills:

Communication

  • Efficient communication between Enterprise Knowledge and others such as Subject Matter Experts, Discipline Leads and other sources of Knowledge Content.
  • Communicating to determine overall priorities related to content preparation.

Technical Knowledge

  • Construction, 3DExperience, cmBuilder and performing virtual construction studies.
  • cmKnowledge amp; cmFeedback (cmFeedback will be used as a tool for prioritizing content requests and tracking content creation)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • 12-18 months experience as an AEC Integration Specialist
  • Experience modeling multiple construction disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge in at least two of the construction disciplines
  • Familiar with running existing Automation tools
  • Familiar with cmKnowledge, cmWiki and cmFeedback
  • Experience making/editing training and learning videos
  • Digital Construction 3DEXPERIENCE expertise is required
  • Proficient in internal construction methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to simplify complex issues so the learner can easily follow and learn from you
  • Knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of real-life construction so that your knowledge and understanding can be transferred into high quality deliverables and outputs
  • Ability to stay current on CadMakers' discipline methodologies
  • Patient and understanding that not everyone learns at the same speeds or has the same learning styles, so ability to adapt to your audience is critical
  • Very high and meticulous attention to detail is a must
