Reporting to the Managing Director UK of the London office, you will be responsible for the back-up of the London Sales Team office through:
- Managing the UK team's email boxes (Answering every emails coming from clients and the production team)
- Calling the client to qualify a project upon receipt of a request
- Preparing the sales proposals (word count, quote on the CRM, assessment of the feasibility of the project)
- Sending the quote to the client and ensuring the closing
- Confirming the project to the production team via LBS, our software
- Liaising with the production team and the client about the sales’ projects
- Achieving KPIs, updating SalesForces and reporting your work to your manager
- Administrative tasks (to be defined)
Requirements
- You have 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- You are a strong team player with a start-up mind-set
- You have a great ability to work under pressure
- You are flexible, multitask with a strong attention to details
- You are well organised with a commercial acumen
- You are bilingual French / English
Benefits
Permanent role Currently remote due to COVID restrictions, will return to the office when COVID restrictions are lifted.
Working hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday
Salary : 35,000 CAD + Bonus upon achievement
