The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high energy and driven Channel Sales Representative to build a pipeline of sales opportunities by leveraging relationships with our Strategic PaaS partners; and sell those opportunities in a team model, to the global market. The ideal person is keen to develop their skills as a world-class Software sales representative and excited to build a long career selling to global software product managers. As a Channel Sales Representative in a rapidly growing organization, you will work in a team model with our Strategic sales, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Product, and other teams to identify and execute on pipeline generation campaigns, and along with your Strategic sales teammates - drive revenue. The successful candidate for this role will be highly proactive in building a revenue pipeline, building partner relationships, driving sales, and above all learning about how to become a world-class salesperson in the exciting SDK and PaaS software industries. By engaging partners and customers, the Channel Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding the massive opportunity in the SaaS partner revenue stream.


Responsibilities

  • Network with Sales, Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Client Relationship Managers within our key SaaS partners
  • Achieve sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis selling Partner-related opportunities
  • Work closely with teams across the company and especially with your Strategic sales team mentors
  • Build and maintain a constantly growing revenue pipeline
  • Present regular and accurate forecasting for review
  • Ability to analyze the needs of your Product manager customers, negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain daily records of channel activities and pipeline in Salesforce.com
  • Keep up to date knowledge of the SDK and PaaS industries as well as the competitive position of PDFTron
  • Maximize short term revenue and long term goals
  • Pre-plan account strategy with your Strategic Sales team mentors

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in B2B sales and 2 years of experience in Channel Partner management in a technology environment
  • Experience of facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
  • Possesses advanced level skills in navigating through Salesforce, excel and G-Suite.
  • Able to think strategically (long term amp; short term).
  • Hungry at identifying and maintaining strong partner relationships. Is proactive and takes initiative.
  • Strong prioritization skills, works well independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to accept critical feedback.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
