We are looking for a full-time Condominium Property Manager - Limited License to join our Hamilton team. This is an entry level position with unlimited growth potential. The successful candidate will be mentored and set up for success. A great opportunity for anyone wishing to launch an exciting career in the field of property management.
Main responsibilities include:
- You will be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of condominiums’ in the Toronto region, under the supervision of a General Licensed Condominium Manager
- Organize and attend Board meetings, record minutes and organize/chair annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings as needed
- Conduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reports
- Draft annual operating and reserve fund budget
- Experience utilizing Yardi and/or similar financial software
- Completion of enrollment in the four ACMO education courses
Requirements

Some basic requirements would be:
- CMRAO - Limited License holder
- Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
- Prior administrative experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service/client management skills
- Proficiency with computer programs to include Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
Not necessarily required, but strong assets:
- Experience in property and real estate management
- Knowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
- Experience utilizing Yardi and/or similar financial software
