Your Challenge:
As the Construction Project Manager on site, you will be a vital part of the project management team responsible for the planning and delivery of a major project in the Kingston Ontario area.
Your Day to Day:
- On-site presence to monitor construction progress;
- Record of construction resources, construction activity, deliveries, and equipment;
- Interface with key stakeholders and clients; and
- Liaise with the Senior PM to monitor and manage of the overall scope work and schedule in accordance with contractual requirements.
Requirements
The Experience you Bring:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field
- Experience working on large scale Real Property projects
- Five (5) or more years experience supporting construction or engineering projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Project and Excel; and
- PMP designation is considered an asset.
