We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to drive the expansion of an exciting solution offering in Digital Marketing amp; Content Strategy. This is a new and strategic growth area within our company. Acolad is a global leader in language and content solutions working with many large brands in the US and Europe to support their Marketing and globalization needs.

You will help our customers internationalize their digital marketing strategy and connect with their audiences through multiple languages, channels, and touchpoints. Your focus will be on guiding and advising on their digital marketing strategy by creating a unified, highly resonant customer experience worldwide. From multilingual website design through global content to international SEO, we help customers maximize the resonance of their message across languages and cultures.

Main Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Services Director is responsible for the following areas:

Own and develop the Digital Marketing Services within the Acolad group

  • Define the Go To Market Strategy of the business line
  • Lead the Pre-sales and Operations activities
  • Scale a young team to support multi-million-dollar businesses (triple digit growth in 2021)

Solution and Service Creation

Identify and work with partnership management to close partnerships which will increase our success rate and visibility

  • Identify, define and develop services and solutions to be offered under Marketing Services suite (including SEO and Social Media operations, Copywriting and Transcreation, Strategy consulting and planning)
  • Drive the operational delivery through dedicated delivery teams and in collaboration with Account teams and other Service teams across the company
  • Provide/Organize training to all relevant internal stakeholders involved in selling and delivering these solutions
  • Support Go to Market activities and marketing by contributing and creating content and collaterals for the efficient sale of these services to new and existing customers

Business Development

  • In collaboration with Sales, identify and explore market opportunities
  • Support Sales team during sales cycle with new opportunities for Marketing Services: strategy, client presentation, pricing, scoping

Team Management

  • Define and drive short- and long-term services strategy for direct team reports
  • Grow and manage a team of SEO, Analytics and content specialists (various skill levels) both freelance consultants and internal employees as the business grows. Ensure the team can execute and deliver the required business services to Amplexor quality standards
  • Provide/Organize training for delivery teams as required to successfully deliver marketing services

Reporting

  • Ensure all required stakeholders have visibility into business unit plan, measurement, success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with minimum 3 years in similar type of lead/consultant role
  • Very strong English skills (native speaker level is mandatory): written and verbal
  • Proven experience with creating a digital strategy/roadmap for customers and proven results in improving performance
  • High-level problem solving and detailed analysis
  • Analytical abilities necessary to gather key business and user insights, and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for the content that’s generated
  • A firm understanding of user experience and search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) experience are often preferred
  • Program management experience
  • Experience in other digital channels
  • Strong customer facing skills required, including presentation skills and ability to relay the story effectively and simply
  • Ability to think both strategically and creatively
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members
  • Ability to manage, motivate, grow and build teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. We work across many time zones.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
