Job Description
The Quality program at CadMakers, which will be responsible for identifying, eliminating, and measuring the sources of error that lead to less-than-perfect deliverables, is looking to fill the Strategic Insights Lead position!
The main role of the Strategic Insights Lead is to structure and analyze the data and the information that is being generated by different teams at CadMakers. Using raw data and data analysis tools, the Strategic Insights Lead will extract, filter, and organize raw data into meaningful charts, graphs, and dashboards to be used by different stakeholder for analysis and identifying various facts and trends for making decisions.
Successful candidate will be working under the Quality Program and will be required to spend 50% of their time working on strategic initiatives related to this role, and the rest of 50% working on project specific assignments.
Requirements
The Strategic Insights Lead will be primarily responsible for:
- Champion new initiatives: driving new initiatives from idea, to proof of concept, to implementing in practice
- Execute plans: work with various departments in identifying the needs, asses the quality of the data, define requirement and propose/execute action plan
- Collaborate across multiple teams: work with various departments and help developing/implementing processes in order to improve the quality of the data
- Communicating results: preparing reports based on analysis and presenting them to management
- Manage data visualization: develop/continuously improve/maintain live dashboard to be consulted by different stakeholders (executive team, management, project team, sales team, customers, etc)
Minimum Requirements
- 12 months minimum experience with CadMakers
- Results-driven teammate
- Always performing work at high standards, not taking shortcuts that hinder quality
- Proficient time management skills and a high focus on efficiency
- Great communication skills, ability to efficiently communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Passionate about process improvements
- Familiar with CadMakers’ internal processes
- Experience with statistics, data science, or other related discipline
- Experience with using data analysis tools
- The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- A methodical and logical approach
