Xe.com is a leading international money transfer provider, and a world trusted currency authority. We are a high traffic site, with around 250 million visitors every year.
We are currently revolutionizing our web customer journey, and we are looking for an energetic and ambitious experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will contribute to building our world-class money transfer product for consumer users. Our platform uses the Vue.js framework, Amazon Web Services and a few other latest open-source frameworks and technologies.
To be successful this year, your team will need to have delivered the new front-end for our money transfer product using the Vue.js framework. You will also contribute to our public Xe.com website and build new components in the React framework.
In This Role You Will- Own the design, development, testing, and deployment of consumer money transfer web interface components.
- Work with an agile team of skilled and motivated developers.
- Develop, maintain and enhance our platforms.
- Keep up on best practices for systems architecture.
- Respect security and privacy issues.
- Ensure all components are highly-scalable, maintainable and monitored.
- Deliver quality code using best practices.
- Work on large existing systems, as well as create new products and services.
Requirements
- Advanced experience developing in JavaScript frameworks, especially Vue or React.
- Advanced knowledge of vanilla JavaScript.
- Ability to solve computer issues in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to understand and use data structures.
- Ability to adapt quickly and develop an in-depth technical understanding of new applications and complex technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to articulate issues.
- A passion for learning.
