The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for well-organized, accurate and efficient preparation and shipment of products .
Duties include:
- Setting up Deliveries
- Prepping skids/packages for shipment
- Receiving goods
- Stocking shelves
- Order Picking
- Operating Forklift
- Arrange shipments using freight and courier carriers.
- Preparing customs documentation
- Interfacing directly with customers, suppliers and employees as required.
Skills Needed:
* Math
* High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work in a multi-priority environment.
* Ability to communicate well verbally and by e-mail in a professional and clear manner.
* Demonstrated abilities to work alone and cooperatively in a team environment and be well organized and efficient.
* Must have Good keyboarding and computer skills.
* Must have ability to learn new company software.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Experience working as a Shipper/Receiver in a warehouse environment.
