What you will be doing

We are looking for a skilled Learning Experience Designer to help inform our users of product features and help them reach their goals. You will have experience in instructional design, user experience, eLearning design, and LMS administration. Your role will be integral to ensuring that Later users access content that is purposeful, engaging, and meaning-making. The Learning Experience Designer will be comfortable working with subject matter experts, will engage meaningfully with feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of current and future educational content.

You will be working directly with other education, onboarding, engagement, and user resurrection specialists on the Customer Success team. You will also collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to create outcomes-focused content.


Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a collection of product-focused courses for a variety of user groups
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to author a variety of learning experiences
  • Consolidate feedback from stakeholders throughout all project stages
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge of pedagogical approaches, authoring tools, and LMS’
  • Design and develop a variety of effective assessments
  • Assist with ideation
  • Assist in evaluation of impact of content
  • Perform user and product research


What we are looking for
  • 3+ years experience of recent or relevant learning design experience
  • Experience with LMS administration
  • Articulate Storyline experience
  • Knowledge of various adult learning methodologies


Nice to haves
  • Experience in product education
  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools
  • Project management skills
  • Working knowledge in accessibility compliance

Salary range

$72,500 - 79,000

Working Locations

People amp; Places (HR), Product, and Development roles are based out of our Vancouver headquarters. If you are not located in Vancouver, but interested in relocating for the role let us know!

Whereas, roles on our Marketing and Customer Experience teams are open to remote candidates based out of Toronto and London, UK, in addition to working out of our Vancouver headquarters.
