We are a multidisciplinary team of over 40 people responsible for the development, commercialization and delivery of the Genetec prominent product line. No day is similar in our product group because of the variety of customers, markets, geographic regions and stakeholders that we are working with. As a global leading player in the enterprise video surveillance market, we are always aiming to deliver the most innovative technology to our customers.

You will be working with a leadership team that will help you daily succeed and progress in your role. We will provide you everything you need to learn thoroughly the product offering, to analyze the video surveillance market as well as all the guidance needed to accomplish your work with the different departments of our global organization.

• Work with the sales organization on opportunities that require advanced product expertise and where the contribution of the product manager can impact the outcome
• Gather, evaluate and document market demands, opportunities and feature requests both strategic and tactical for existing or new product evolution and make them actionable items for the Ramp;D team
• Develop and communicate internal and external product roadmap as well as new feature offering
• Evaluate and understand industry trends, market segmentation and competitive landscape
• Continuously assess product and market performance
• Develop commercial product offering to tailor the offering to specific industry and/or regional markets

• You have superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have effective planning and prioritization abilities and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and successfully within respective constraints and deadlines
• You have strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead and influence others in a project and matrix environment
• You are an excellent communicator, verbally and written, in both English and French
• You have strong people skills and approachability and the capacity to interact at all levels of the organization

• You have experience in the physical security market
• You have experience with commercial subscription-based product offering
• You have worked with technologies like cloud, containers and IoT devices
