Job Description
Position Purpose
The successful candidate will support the Production Department and Shipping Department by making our raw materials into finished goods on a full time basis, core hours of operation are 8:30am until 5pm.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
Make finished goods per product specific manufacturing instructions
Run production machinery (when applicable) to assist in the speedy packaging of our raw materials
Pull raw materials from the Work in Process area or stock rooms per our stock rotation method in preparation for packaging.
Put away received/accepted goods in the stock rooms per our stock rotation method.
Accurately picking and packing customer orders
We have incredibly high quality standards and we expect all staff to commit to maintaining these systems.
Additional Responsibilities
Work a flexible schedule to include occasional overtime when needed
Record all activities and weights with company-mandated record keeping system.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma at a minimum is absolutely required.
Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with SAP would be an asset.
Ability to pass background checks

Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Team player
Ability to lift 50-60 pounds on a repetitive basis (but not all the time)
This job is in a dusty environment due to the nature of operation. You need to be comfortable with getting dirty.
Benefits
Wage starts at $14.50 per hour with a performance review within 3 months. Full benefits available after year of full time employment.
