Duration: Full time, Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Capture Specialist 3 is responsible for supporting new hires and more junior team members, as well as leading the gameplay capture of multiple projects. The Capture Specialists 3 will be expected work with the Lead Capture Artist to create and organize trackers for multiple projects, which involves short deadlines and working in group settings under high-pressure. The Capture Specialist will also interact with producers and work closely with different departments on a daily basis to ensure all projects are meeting timelines and within our quality standards.

Daily/ Weekly Tasks:

• Responsible for leading multiple Capture project
• Become the main POC for owned area, working closely with the Lead Capture Artist
• Assist and supervise more junior members of the team
• Create, organize and maintain trackers for gameplay shots and cinematic shots for multiple concurrent projects
• Prioritize tasks and monitor timelines for multiple projects
• Ensure shots being delivered are within expected quality standards
• Finalize capture shots provided by the Cinematic team
• Make final adjustments needed on cameras made by the cinematic team
• Make and organize new builds for the capture and cinematic teams

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of Cinematic language
• Intermediate knowledge of photography or videography
• Strong knowledge of Soccer
• Ability to support new hires and lead by example, supervising and providing guidance
• intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier
