Job Description

Responsibilities
- Gathering and maintaining process documentation
- Work with IT teams on issue resolution, lead/complete testing amp; communicate solutions to end users
- Understanding, explaining and documenting current / future processes
- Testing all business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Capturing and communicating issues encountered during testing
- System configuration to ensure business processes are go-live ready
- Continuous process improvement post go-live
- Complete special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- University Degree in IT or Engineering or Equivalent
- Understanding of Business Intelligence reporting tools and Data Analysis
- Knowledge of SQL and database structures is an asset
- Previous experience in ERP implementation (D365) is an asset
- Warehouse and inventory management experience is an asset
- Experience in management or coaching teams is an asset
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and easy adoption of change
- Passion for constantly learning
