Reporting directly to the Manager, Philanthropy, the Fundraising Campaign Organizer will work collaboratively with the CNIB Philanthropy team to assist with summer fundraising!
Your impact at CNIB- You'll identify new sponsors and donors
- You'll maintain up-to-date sponsorship and donation trackers
- You'll provide key support with campaign and fundraising outreach to donors
- You'll work with the team to drive fundraising efforts for CNIB Lake Joe's 60th anniversary and annual event
Requirements
We want to hear from you if you are:- between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment
- a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Protection Act
- legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations. International students are not eligible.
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Personal or professional experience relating to blindness and sight loss is considered an asset
- Personal or professional experience working with assistive technology and/or accessible environments is considered an asset
