Senior Solution Architect - Remote Anywhere

Our Deep Location platform is the only scalable, high performance and proven solution out there today, already validated in 18 countries across 1,000+ buildings including 10+ Fortune 100 and many other Fortune 500 clients and partners.

• Produce high level technical diagrams showing how our technology works and how it integrates with 3rd party systems (eg. Pointr Mobile SDK in a 3rd party mobile app)
• Help external stakeholders (eg. IT managers, developers) design their solution using Pointr systems, talk them through clean code design via screen sharing
• Troubleshoot common coding issues (especially mobile apps)
• Prepare quick technical PoCs by coding a quick script or a small program

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of coding experience
• Native mobile coding experience (iOS and Android)
• UML experience
• Strategic account management experience (working on complex deals involving different stakeholders) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, expected to build strong and trusting relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Startup experience or should be comfortable working in a fast pace environment with high agility (we move quickly and expect you to adapt)
• Willingness and passion to go the extra mile (eg. work on the weekend to turn an important presentation around or jump on a flight with last minute’s notice to go have an important meeting. This is not a role for you if you’re looking to work 9 to 5 within your comfort zone.)
• Deep technology experience and interest (Engineering or Science background is a huge plus)
• Hard-working, self-starter discipline (run at your pace without being told each day)
• Excellent team collaboration (you will work especially closely with our Sales and Partnership teams)
• Work 100% remote in the US time zone
