ATB's Experience Office is looking for a Product Operations Manager/Specialist who will be key in building out exceptional experiences for our clients and team members. You will work in partnership with the product success team bringing data and insights to help make the right decisions for our clients and ATB. You tell the story through data, know the product processes and user touch points inside and out. You are our data wizards, collecting, analyzing and displaying in ways that help inform conversations, generate feedback loops, and ensure quality decisions are made.

Product Operations Manager/Specialist Accountabilities:

  • Own the collection, analysis, and distribution of the product data inputs
  • Communicating customer problems and opportunities to inform product strategy
  • Utilizing cross-functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions
  • Advocating for best practice, implementing tools and templates to create repeatable success
  • Automating data correlations, analysis and reporting at every opportunity; Preparing reports that inform strategy
  • Own personal development and learning of data relevant tools such as (but not limited to) Tableau, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel; applying SSI (Self-Service Insights) and Visualizing concepts to the analytic process.
  • Consistently administer and apply the relevant tools, templates and processes within the Product/Initiative
  • Scaling value proposition of work being done in CXO (Client Experience Office), bringing awareness to the Product/Initiative
  • Objectively collaborate with Product lead to ensure the product at hand is operating as expected against defined success metrics, and to influence and support go to market activities
  • Applying strong business acumen and judgement when guiding decisions related to the product operation or initiative
  • Translating complex information from the product or initiative to apply to the wider stakeholder and/or user group that is clearly articulated
  • Applying strong Leadership and vision to the product operations and overall initiative, ensuring everyone is working towards the same shared outcomes and goals
  • Being recognized as an expert among your peers for other stakeholders to approach for expertise related to the initiative
  • Proficiently navigate through a fast paced, changing environment while continuing to influence various stakeholders and teams
  • Having a strong hunger and curiosity around problem solving, optimizing work for your related product teams
  • Identify and contribute to the necessary elements of onboarding and adoption of your portfolios work, in tandem with other critical stakeholders
