The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Acquisition amp; Engagement, B2B to join our Online Brokerage amp; Digital Wealth team.

Reporting to the Director, Acquisition amp; Engagement, the Senior Manager, Acquisition amp; Engagement, B2B focuses on driving the sales effectiveness of our CU, National and Affiliate partners. Working closely with the Digital Wealth sales team, you will create programs to facilitate greater sales/member penetration of the Online Brokerage and Robo Advice business, leveraging D2C programs/campaigns to make them effective for our partners. You will also be responsible to gather and package up tools, information and market / competitive insights so that they can be shared with partners through the sales team. This role provides updated Qtrade Direct Investing and Virtual Wealth product content related to features, capabilities, etc. to sales for inclusion in sales decks.

The Senior Manager, Acquisition amp; Engagement, B2B will also a key role in developing and delivering on the overall Acquisition and Engagement strategy for the Digital Wealth business.

What your day looks like:

  • Works closely with the Digital Wealth Sales and Marketing teams to develop business cases and go-to-market strategies supporting client acquisition and engagement plans for the B2B channel
  • Support the sales team and develop the business case to operationalize incentive offers, reporting requirements, etc. to support the growth in distribution channels and partnerships
  • Identifies and assess new ideas to generated increase CU member penetration.
  • Conceives attractive partner incentive offers and financial forecasting to drive revenue growth
  • Leverages market knowledge and research, and data analytics to capture insights that will shape the partner acquisition and engagement strategy
  • Supports the Digital Wealth Sales team by ensuring that consumer programs/offers and engagement include a B2B component to the plan
  • Member of the Digital Wealth Acquisition Task Force
  • Ensure product oversight and guidance in the development of sales materials and tools
  • Develops and packages competitive and industry insights to enable the sales team to effectively use this information with partners
  • Identifies and advocates market opportunities for Virtual Wealth, Qtrade Direct Investing and the Digital Referral Tool for inclusion on the product roadmap

Requirements

Your experience and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an investment management or online brokerage organization, with B2B2C experience
  • 3+ years of direct experience with engagement teams in the online investment business, with responsibility for asset and revenue growth
  • Experience with digital wealth products, including self-directed trading and/or digital advice platforms considered a strong asset
  • Effective communication skills, ability to influence without authority and to partner across the organization
