What it’s like to work in Inside Sales - Customer Success

Working in Customer Success - Inside Sales, you will participate in the design and execution of Business Expansion programs amp; activities to contribute to Searchspring’s overall growth objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Team Lead to strategize for growing new product sales, renewals and other expansion strategies and then successfully executing on the strategy.
  • Partnering with the Marketing teams on how we market new products and solutions to existing customers.
  • Collaborating with the other Sales and Customer Success leaders to ensure unified messaging and sales methods across the team
  • Partnering and coordinating customer engagement with Customer Success Managers on expansion opportunities with existing customers.
  • Providing updates to leadership to keep them informed of current status with clients.
  • Managing and logging all relevant and required activity into Salesforce and/or any other applicable tool.
  • Helping to define a forecasting process to effectively drive predictable revenue and to prioritize focus

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Customer Success preferably in a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation/persuasion skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work within a team environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good working knowledge of SaaS
  • Energy, passion and a great attitude is a must
  • A desire to be in sales is necessary for the role
