Job Description
Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire des opérations de Starlink Aviation, votre rôle consistera à effectuer les tâches techniques de préposé au suivi de vols tout en étant au cœur de l’activité de service aux clients. De pair avec la coordination de vol, les pilotes, les services de maintenance et autre, vous serez un planificateur et support logistique important pour mener les vols à bon port.
Votre rôle d’ambassadeur fera en sorte que pour les vols privés, vous suivrez toutes les étapes préparatoires aux vols, pendant et suivant les vols, avec comme objectif d’obtenir l’entière satisfaction des pilotes et clients-propriétaires. Pour les vols commerciaux et missions d’air ambulance, vous veillerez à la planification, suivis de vol et procédure administratives après vols. Reporting to the Starlink Aviation Operations Manager, your role will consist of performing the technical duties of a flight follower while being at the heart of the customer service activity. Alongside with flight coordination, pilots, maintenance services and others, your role will be to plan, organize, support and follow all the flights to their destination.
Your role as an ambassador will ensure that for private flights, you will follow all the preparatory steps for flights, during and after flights, with the objective of obtaining the complete satisfaction of pilots and client-owners. For commercial flights and air ambulance missions, you will take care of the planning, flight follow-ups and post-flight administrative procedures. Requirements
- Citoyenneté canadienne ou statut de résident permanent;
- Admissible à l'obtention d'une carte d'identité pour les zones réglementées (CIZR);
- Bilingue (français et anglais parlés);
- Expérience en tant que préposé aux suivis de vol ou régulateur de vol (atout)
- Expérience de planification de vols internationaux et/ou Medevac (atout)
- Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles en régulation de vol (atout)
- Réussite des examens FDOPS et FDMET de Transports Canada menants à l'obtention d'une certification de régulateur de vol (atout) ;
- Connaissance du logiciel BART
- Éducation de niveau collégial et/ou universitaire (atout);
- Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
- Eligible to obtain the restricted area identity card (RAIC)
- Bilingual (French and English spoken);
- Experience as a flight follower or flight dispatcher (asset)
- Experience in planning international and / or Medevac flights (asset)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Professional studies diploma in flight regulation (asset)
- Successful completion of the FDOPS and FDMET exams from Transport Canada leading to obtaining a flight dispatcher certification (asset);
- Knowledge of BART (asset)
- College and / or university education (asset);
