Acquired by Financeit in 2017, Centah is a lead and workflow management company that allows some of North America’s largest home improvement businesses to distribute and manage leads, powering over $3 billion in annual sales. One of the driving forces behind Centah’s industry-leading platform is a full-service contact centre in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, that specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry. Centah’s Call amp; Contact Centers become the main point of contact for the customer, ensuring expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of the project.
About the role:
As a member of the Centah Marketing department, the Content Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams including PMO, Tech and Legal. You will assist the marketing team with building out the content and paid strategies for two large home improvement services clients.
What you’ll do:
- Assist with content review, make sure all content is free from grammatical errors and uses our brand voice
- Create content for social media channels
- Build landing pages, service pages and blogs using our CMS platform
- Review and test all pages to ensure all content is uploaded correctly and all links work as expected
- Assist with maintaining content calendar
- Coordinate with Designer to update creative on Facebook and Google
- Track and update metrics on paid social channels
Requirements
- Experience with project management
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- An interest in pursuing a marketing career
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
