The Client Success Coordinator reports to the Senior Account Manager and the right candidate will largely be autonomous in managing their accounts.

  • Assist the Senior Account Manager and Client Service Team in managing a portfolio of clients requiring managed services for marketing, analytics, and technology
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships
  • Assist in the creation of customer contracts and agreements
  • Answer client inquiries and support resolution of client issues
  • Manage internal teams toward resolutions via internal Jira ticketing system
  • Understand the scope of projects as defined by the business requirements and budget process
  • Direct the client and team towards the best solutions
  • Provide clients with reporting, analytics, and consultation that is relevant and actionable
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work by our teams
  • Maintain client satisfaction scores
  • Assist in identifying process improvements for more effectively managing these clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
  • Customer service or client service experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Google Analytics or Marketing Platform experience is an asset
  • Excellent listening, presentation skills, negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail a must
  • Excellent organization skills is a must
  • Deliver client focused solutions based off client goals
