As a Senior Full Stack Developer on our Web team, you will be tasked with improving the performance and stability of the application and solving software issues/bugs. You must be an out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver as well as have the confidence to communicate externally with high-profile customers to reason through problems.

The Day-to-Day

Support amp; Maintain

• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Collaborate with other software developers, product owners, and clients to test and maintain GlobalVision platforms.
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.

Improve

• Receive bug reports and find software solutions to address customer concerns and problems.
• Help improve our platform architecture and ensure the reliability and scalability of our backend integration services

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experienced in writing Java amp; JSP applications
• Knowledge of GitHub
• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS and HTML
• Experience with MYSQL
• Data modelling and database design experience
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

• Previous experience working for a B2B SaaS company
• Knowledge of Apache Tomcat server framework
• Data modelling and database design experience
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Multi-platform experience
• DevOps experience
