We have an exciting internal opportunity for an Enterprise Knowledge Specialist!

Responsibilities

• Training new teammates with 3DEXPERIENCE and construction methodologies
• Mentoring new teammates when they have questions on their first projects regarding best practices, help them understand their drawings better or understand real-life construction scenarios better, or anything else that comes up.
• Collaborating with Knowledge, Innovation and Quality to continually improve our internal training process
• Supporting Quality on all ongoing projects, i.e. checking team members for understanding, providing feedback and training on-the-fly using the cmKnowledge resources already available (notebooks and videos)
• Developing Knowledge Training content (cmKnowledge videos, wiki articles, etc.)

This role is here to support all teammates to be able to learn and grow in their capabilities so that all work is performed at the highest of standards.

Requirements

• 3DEXPERIENCE expertise is required
• Proficient in internal construction methodologies and best practices
• Ability to simplify complex issues so the learner can easily follow and learn from you
• Knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of real-life construction so that your knowledge and understanding can be transferred into high quality deliverables and outputs
• Ability to stay current on CadMakers' discipline methodologies
• Patient and understanding that not everyone learns at the same speeds or has the same learning styles, so ability to adapt to your audience is critical
• Very high and meticulous attention to detail is a must
• Track record of consistently performing work at high standards, not taking shortcuts
• In-depth understanding of why shortcuts do not result in high quality work
• Proactive and forthcoming to approach teammates to provide help and advice/on-the-spot feedback to ensure and find out how they are doing it and give on the spot feedback to improve quality
• Self awareness to know when to engage Project Leads and Project Managers if you are unsure
• Not afraid to speak up and be confident yet humble in sharing and teaching your knowledge to help your teammates grow, whether solicited or not.

Time Commitment

• An average of approximately 50% in this role and 50% on projects. This is to ensure that you can continue to develop and maintain your knowledge through your own project experience.
