What is the role?

We are looking for a talented HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting phone screens and interviews, managing the hiring paperwork and the first day preparations and HR onboarding. As an HR Recruitment Coordinator you will bring best practices, innovative recruitment ideas and an above-and-beyond and professional attitude as you will be the first interaction with all future applicants at CadMakers. This role will report to the Director, Finance and Administration and can evolve with time based on the skills and career goals of the successful candidate. Requirements

Role Responsibilities

The HR Recruitment Coordinator will be primarily responsible to:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment of technical positions (mostly software development and engineering roles) across multiple levels of seniority, which includes but is not limited to:
    • working with management and performing research to develop job descriptions and postings as required;
    • effective use of recruiting platforms and other talent networks/relationships;
    • managing candidates and working with the team to develop selection criteria for effective screening to find qualified and great fit candidates;
    • scheduling and leading interviews;
    • obtaining approvals for offers and sending to candidates,
    • preparing and leading all new hires' first day experience and HR onboarding.
  • Stay in close contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure they understand the opportunity and the status of their candidacy.
  • Identify creative sourcing options and employer branding opportunities to expand awareness of CadMakers in the market and increase the flow of suitable candidates.
  • Proactively generate global talent attraction strategies and grow sufficient recruitment pools.
  • Create and own a positive candidate experience.
  • Coach, train and advise hiring managers at various stages of hiring and onboarding.
  • Take steps to make our recruitment and on-boarding processes more efficient and effective.
  • Create and implement tools and reference materials to make it easier for our hiring teams to be successful.
  • Streamline employee onboarding and offboarding processes including communication between the various departments (HR/Finance/IT, etc), new employee orientations, and support ongoing integration of new employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain the data banks of all job descriptions, interview questionnaires and minutes, and employee contracts and other records.
  • Compile information and research on talent acquisition best practices specific to the High Tech industry
  • Take ownership of other HR-related processes and documents as your role evolves.
  • Provide timely, accurate and regular reporting to management.
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge and interest of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, writing job advertisements, creating benchmarking and selection criteria, creating interview and assessment materials, managing selection and hiring processes, candidate evaluation metrics and management, etc.
  • Some HR administration experience at minimum, but all levels welcomed as most important is the the right culture fit; we have the flexibility to designate the right role for you based on your experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude to listen, determine the needs of our internal teammates and external candidates, and respond accordingly in a timely and efficient
