The Job
Are you our next Video Content Creator? We’re looking for someone to have roughly 3 years of industry experience to join our amazing Content Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to join a really sweet tech company, you can scope us out on Instagram, Glassdoor, and Indeed. We aren’t perfect, but we’re proud of who we are!
The Video Content Creator role is an opportunity to shape the future of the Bananatag brand as we produce more video content for our passionate audience of internal communicators. You'll join a growing content marketing team at a pivotal moment in the company's evolution, following the recent merger with Staffbase.
As our next Video Content Creator, you’ll bring your blend of creative, technical, and project management skills to a cross-functional role spanning the marketing department, our internal comms team, and Customer Success.

What you’ll be up to:
- Developing video content for our blog, ads, and social media
- Dreaming up engaging video ideas to support our marketing and audience building campaigns
- Assisting the marketing team in developing, measurable, data-backed video strategies
- Working with our internal communications team to produce videos for Town Halls, company intranet, and external PR announcements
- Working with our demand gen team to integrate video into our lead generation strategy
- Managing and organizing video assets on Wistia and Youtube
- Editing instructional Bananatag Academy videos for our training team
- Owning all stages of the video production lifecycle, including editing, communicating, and presenting to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll come with:- Experience making video advertisements
- Experience making social share videos
- 3 years experience in producing a professional-looking final product
- 3 years experience using and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to create appealing motion graphics and animations
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Can write clearly and concisely
- Ability to adapt working styles and work cross-functionally with multiple departments on a variety of projects
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in marketing
