Client Success Representative

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representatives who can consistently provide a world-class B2B amp; merchant experience.

  • Accurately identify eCommerce merchant's issues or inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations;
  • Empathize with merchant's situation in a genuine manner;
  • Deliver on your commitments and execute agreed-upon solutions;
  • Optimize merchant experience while reducing company's financial liability through effective problem-solving
  • Manage a queue of incoming tickets and calls based on their priority;
  • Build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication;
  • Educate merchants Spaceful’s Dashboard and Fulfillment solutions;
  • Regularly evaluate opportunities to innovate processes and make well-thought-out recommendations to management for continuous improvements in efficiency and merchant experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a high volume call center;
  • Familiar with CRM systems, ticketing systems (like Zendesk and/or Pipedrive or similar), and practices;
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to effectively handle high-stress interactions and de-escalate highly emotional situations;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments in the organization;
  • Ability to think on your feet, adapt/respond to different personalities and provide lightning-quick resolutions to clients;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting B2B customers with a proven track record of success preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Industry experience in logistics or fulfillment, an asset.
