Our stance on WFH

We have a flexible WFH-friendly policy, even before the pandemic, and will continue to give our employees the freedom to choose whether they want to work from home or come into the office. We encourage you to adopt a hybrid working model with 1-3 days/week at the office as we believe there are still many benefits from interacting in-person with your colleagues! Merchant Success Representative

You love interacting with customers and helping them grow their business? Join the Spaceful team to make a direct impact on the logistics industry! We are looking for a customer-oriented service representatives who can consistently provide a world-class B2B amp; merchant experience. You'd be joining the Merchant Success team early and be exposed to myriad of upcoming growth opportunities!

• Working closely with eCommerce Merchants to handle their inquiries and solve their issues in a optimal manner;
• Empathizing for the situation in a meaningful amp; genuine way;
• Identifying and executing a solution while keeping in mind that there is always a solution to a problem;
• Delivering on your commitments and executing on agreed-upon solutions;

• Making well-thought recommendations to management if adjustments are needed;
• Managing a queue of incoming tickets and calls on a day-to-day basis, including following up with past and on-going inquiries;
• Building sustainable relationships with Merchants through open and interactive communication;
• Educating Merchants on Spaceful’s Dashboard and Fulfillment solutions;
• Evaluating and identifying opportunities to innovate policies amp; processes that positively impact the Merchants' experience on a regular basis.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment;
• Familiar with CRM systems, ticketing systems (like Zendesk and/or Pipedrive or similar), and practices;
• Active listening skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to de-escalate and effectively handle emotional situations;
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments;
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and provide lightning-quick resolutions to clients;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting B2B customers;
• Bachelor’s Degree an asset;
• Industry experience in logistics or fulfillment an asset;
