Job Description
We are looking for Product Managers to help us work on the future of developer tools for the Tezos blockchain. When creating open-source tools for Tezos application creators, we focus on a rich developer experience, clarity, productivity, and satisfaction while providing reliable, high-quality products.

In this role, you will help us discover, ideate, implement and launch new product opportunities that bring the Tezos developer experience to a new level. You will engage with users through product discovery, deeply understand their needs, and define clear problems and requirements. You will work closely with an engineering team providing product direction and collaborating on the design, development, and releases of product initiatives. Then, you will measure success and use new learnings to iterate, creating an even larger impact.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive meaningful outcomes for the business by connecting product roadmap with strategic objectives and user needs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user and market research and get to know your users, and spread your knowledge across the company
- Write clear specifications for problem-focused requirements with the right level of detail
- Execute on, and launch product improvements and measure success
- Empower and collaborate with the development team daily to prioritize features, design, and implement solutions
- Lead without authority
- Leverage processes and tools to create the best products
- Contribute to the Product Management practices in the company

Requirements
Minimum:
- 3 years of experience in software product management
- A genuine excitement for solving customer problems and building a strong sense of empathy with the customer
- A keen interest in using data to inform product decisions and understand the business
- Experience working directly with the engineering team, comfortable participating in trade-off conversations on design and implementation options
- Previous software development experience for customer empathy and product discovery
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, lifelong learner
Preferred:
- Experience working as a Product Manager on a developer tools/platform/API products
- Experience conducting research (interviews, surveys, and market research)
- Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions

Annual Salary
$90,000 - $120,000
