We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to help us work on the future of developer tools for the Tezos blockchain. When creating open-source tools for Tezos application creators, we focus on a rich developer experience, clarity, productivity, and satisfaction while providing reliable, high-quality products.

In this role, you will help us execute new product opportunities and professional services projects from inception to launch. Through planning, design, implementation, and releases, you will engage with cross-functional product teams that include product managers and engineers. You will also coach the teams towards continuous process improvements.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive meaningful outcomes for the business through effective and efficient execution on product initiatives and professional services projects
- Understand product vision and strategy
- Empower and collaborate with the cross-functional product team daily to prioritize features, design, implement and release solutions
- Leverage tools and process to create the best products and teams
- Drive continuous process improvements through team retrospective, root cause analysis, etc.
- Lead without authority
- Contribute to the Project Management practices in the company

Requirements
Minimum:- 3 years of proven project management experience delivering software or IT projects within resourcing and time constraints
- A genuine excitement for solving customer problems and building a strong sense of empathy with the customer
- A keen interest in finding the right balance to innovate yet have effective processes
- Experience working directly with the engineering team, comfortable participating in trade-off conversations on design and implementation options
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, lifelong learner
- Previous software development experience
- Experience working in open-source
- Blockchain experience

Annual Salary
$70,000 - $100,000
